        Crystal Rogers was recommended to me and she went right to work helping me find a house under a tight timeline. Right before closing she did some unexpected negotiating on my behalf which saved me money. I felt she truly had my best interests in mind.

        I cannot speak on the other agents at this company but DO NOT work with Crystal Rogers. Accepted an offer on a home and last minute decides to back out and accept someone elses after the fact! If you want to work with someone genuine and true to their word I do not recommend her. - Her response below is quite hilarious! There was a verbal agreement of the acceptance of the offer regarding the property. A few weeks was not needed, the check was cut the same day the acceptance was made. She even slipped up and said we had the highest offer which realtors are not supposed to do. On top of that, she accepted a different offer AFTER the deadline. She has the right to defend her name as she should, its just sad she has to lie to do so. But yes I agree, very unfortunate!

      I never represented Mr. Harper. An offer was submitted for him by another agent in a multiple offer situation. The offer was not strong comparatively and I was told in the beginning that the Harpers couldn’t go any higher and if we got a higher one, they understood. I asked his agent many times if they could give more DD money or make the offer stronger and was told “no”. Furthermore, the offer was rescinded by the agent twice and then re-submitted before the final decision was made. I had 10 offers. The one that was accepted was $30k more with cash, closing in 48 hrs. Mr Harper was getting a hard money loan and needed a couple of weeks to close. I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you, but everyone had the opportunity to give their highest and best offer. Unfortunately, in a multiple offer situation, you only get one happy buyer and several disgruntled ones.
