Had a truck crash into my house/garage. Paul was available on very short notice, came out and stabilized the structure within a few hours, and he and Nathan returned the following day and repaired everything back to new again. Excellent workmanship, and not an easy job considering they didn’t know where stuff was to begin with. Price was far less that the insurance estimate, they cleaned up very well before they left, and all I had to do was a little painting. They made what could have been a very stressful situation very much less so.

Reached out to inquire about services and was promptly told they were "too busy" to schedule something. Was told if my job required "multiple days" of work they would consider it. Perhaps treat new clients with respect moving forward.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. So much for attempting to support a local business during a pandemic. Maybe treat potential new customers with respect? Wouldn’t hire these guys if my life depended on it.
