Wow! Can't say enough about Diego- great customer service! He was very responsive to my down and out, distressed fleet vehicle. Luckily my driver was rescued by a co-worker and off to the jobsite but our van was left alone. Diego dispatched quickly to our van. He was professional, friendly and really put my mind at ease as fleet manager. UpTop was literally my 7th phone call as other companies either couldn't do it or couldn't get there quick enough.
