This is a fraudulent company, i went into the sotre for shopping came back out and my car was gone. when i called him to get my car he said that somebody called in on the car and it was stolen that's why he towed it.

As every other review on here states, this is a fraudulent company. The owner is a low life criminal that has a history which can be looked up or you can find more information on him and his company by calling the better business bureau. After calling the better business bureau and putting in another complaint on him of which I was finally advised he has many complaints in which he never responds to. My fiancs car was towed, which sucks, but upon arriving and trying to pay the fee, he started adding in random fees in which he refused to itemize on the receipt. He tried making my fiancs parents who are the registered owner of the car travel from Ohio to North Carolina even after having them send in their registration and drivers license and speaking over the phone with them. Then he countered by adding more fees and having us pay cash in which we didnt have on us at the time. This place isnt in the safest of areas so we had to go home, get cash, and finally come back to pay an outrageous fee that came out close to $600 for being in his facility for 1 day! I am working with my current HOA to remove his contract and go with a different towing company. I urge anyone who is stuck dealing with this con artist to figure out who hired him (apartments, HOAs, retail businesses) and have them made aware of his fraudulent practices. He forced us to pay in cash and didnt even have change so I ended up paying him extra money just so I can get the car out of his facility and stop dealing with him. Already reported him to the better business bureau and putting in police reports. Anybody stuck dealing with this con artist should do the same.

Welp, I got towed. Thankfully, my car was taken to a very secure lot. No damage was done to my vehicle, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I hope I never have to deal with them again, but, if I do get towed again, I hope it's by these guys.
