I had great experience doing my taxes here. I tried doing it with H&R block online tax pro but they messed it up. Be sure to ask for Manuel Valcarcel. He is very helpful and knows what he is doing.

We were and we are still so frustrated from no responsibility or accountability on behalf this H&R Block location. Received notification from the IRS in the latter part of 2021 as they received information from a third-party source. The reported information did not match the Tax Return completed and filed by this H&R Block location. We were confused because we knew we provided the information during the interview and explained to the Rep during the interview of all the changes that occurred in 2019. The 2019 Tax packet was retrieved from storage, and we notified the office to find out what happened. A copy of the packet was provided and then we heard nothing for weeks. Kept calling and finally reached the Rep the copy was provided, and low and behold the copy that was provided could not be found. So glad we did not give our only copy! The only consolation given to us, was to complete an amended copy for both the Federal and State Taxes for 2019, and of course additional fees paid; could not even determine why it was not included. Having to pay for someones error is awful and gives a feeling of distrust. We will not be coming back to this location and possibility not even any H&R Block Office.
