As a first-time home buyer, I must admit that I was more than pleased with the services Paula offered. Paula was recommended to me by a close relative last November 2023 after experiencing misunderstanding with a prior realtor. I immediately explained to Paula my current situation and my desires for buying a home now as well as my desires for the future of the home. I then explained to Paula that I would reconnect with her in January 2024 so that we could enjoy the holidays. After reconnecting with Paula, she immediately gathered more information from me that would aid her towards helping me find the home I so desired in the location I so desired. Paula set me up in MLS so that I could start viewing homes online. I was extremely pleased with Paulas availability. This made my home search process extremely easy, as I was able to see what I wanted and needed in a home. The pictures presented in MLS are not what the home appears like in person. Paula was extremely timely with responses and each response demonstrated her expertise of 25+ years in real estate. Paula was extremely honest with her opinions of properties as well as location. Paula demonstrated loyalty as she would compare the market analysis of each home I was interested in, to see how it matched up with similar homes within that area. Paula also had many connections which helped us stay on track throughout the entire home buying process. Paula does a great job of allowing the buyer to choose the home they so desires, but she will give her input if she believes the home isnt worth pursuing. I can honestly say that I enjoyed having Paula as my realtor and could not have been more satisfied with how the entire process went from start to finish. I honestly believe Paula and I will be able to maintain a professional relationship even after closing on my home on the date we initially planned. It is without a doubt that I recommend Paula to anyone looking to buy a home, whether being a first-time homebuyer or not. Thanks Paula!

Paula Evans went above and beyond our expectations. We moved from Ohio to South Carolina and she made the transition as smooth as possible. She was ALWAYS willing to help and stuck by us for several months, even during the long process of us selling our home in Ohio. Her patience, knowledge and wisdom are beyond measure when it comes to the real estate business. We will use Paula again and highly recommend her for any real estate needs and questions.

Absolute wonderful experience with Paula Evans! I had been through two other realtors in the two years that I have been looking for a house and they definitely did not work out. So I decided to call Paula and she was on it within a minute. Sending me an MLS listing immediately. Every home that I found that I wanted to look at she was available, set it up and we were there. Great experience with Paula and I will and have recommended her several times to others looking to buy a home. She's very experienced in what she does gives you yays or nays and gives you her logical opinion. And that I trusted.

Paula goes over and beyond to gather as much details about the sell or purchase of your home. She has done both for us. She is super friendly and easy to work with. Even though she takes her work very seriously she is a lot of fun and cares so much about making her customers happy. We would definitely use her again for any real estate needs.
