I thought you couldnt beat the value with the rebates and we werent asking for much, but after no responses days at a time and multiple viewings missed out on because of that, we had to go a different direction. There are other realtors offering similar deals.

Plenty of other well established and professional real estate firms in the area, but if you like stress from an amateur agent acting experienced? I'll take a "NO" on that on. 21 years of experience, I expect better, best of luck to the firm, especially at today's hot housing market. How sad.....
