Tyler was our savior during our recent home buying process. He was excellent every step of the way. We started the process of buying a home in early 2022 along with our son who had recently relocated to Charlotte. He connected with Tyler when he made an appointment to see one of his listings . We decided to use him exclusively after that first appointment and we our decision turned out to be the best one in this process. From the very first time when he was the first realtor to reply to our inquiry, he remained attentive to our needs and worked on our behalf. It truly felt at times that we were his only client. Our closing was supposed to be in April 2022 and did not occur until mid October. Those intervening six months were nothing short of exasperating with an unhelpful developer's agent and delay after delay. Tyler kept us sane and ultimately got us to the agreed upon closing date. Even that closing was about to unravel due unfinished documentation from the builder. This was going to leave us with significant and unexpected costs the biggest of which was a much higher mortgage rate as our rate lock could not be extended any more. Tyler came up with a solution, engaged all the stakeholders and we were able to close that night . My husband and I are not new to the home buying process but were out of town and our son was new to this whole process. We have dealt with many realtors in our time. Tyler is the best realtor we have dealt with and unreservedly recommend him and his company if you are reading this review.
