Didnt hesitate to let me know if I was getting the best bang for my buck in regards to EVERYTHING (houses, financing, etc.) stayed in touch and communicated efficiently and effectively throughout the whole process and STILL checks in even after the process has been finished. We sold our first home and purchased a new build over the last year. Kendall was the best thing that happened to us in this process! Kendall is professional, honest, understanding and never misses a detail. He made selling our house simple and made sure to follow all the rules with our HOA for selling as well.
