Richard from Charlotte Plumbing is absolute master of his craft. Not only did he fix our plumbing problem with ease and speed (which had been ongoing for months with multiple other visits from people in the trade...but not anyone from Charlotte Plumbing!), but he was also incredibly courteous and actually taught me a good bit about what the problem was and how to diagnose/treat these sorts of problems. He was an absolute joy to speak with, as I felt he was helping me to understand as a laymen, rather than using all the tradesman jargon that I wouldn't be able to grasp. The biggest takeaway was that I was treated and spoken to like a regular human being about a very technical issue that I didn't understand (but now I DO), and we instantly got along as if I had know Richard for years. I can't express how happy I am with the service, how I learned a good bit about plumbing, and how easy-going and professional/personable Richard was with me - even with my ignorance of the plumbing profession. I would 100% recommend Richard to anyone and everyone with any problem they may have. This man is a swiss-army knife personified. Charlotte Plumbing is now my go-to for any plumbing issues, and I can't thank you all enough! Cheers, Richard, and thank you so much!

We had a toilet ring problem, our landlord scheduled visit and they were able to come day later, which is very fast in my opinion. Everything got fixed in an hour.

Our plumbing was very hastily done by the last guy, with multiple parts breaking. John was able to quickly diagnose the problem and to begin the repair. Everything he did not only fixed our problem, but made it much easier for repairs in the future. Our stackable washer and dryer made it a hard repair, but his high spirits made it feel quick and easy. Our shower drains like it was put in yesterday.
