Garrett from ER Plumbing was fantastic. He was very supportive throughout the entire process by answering all of our questions about a major water leak at our home. Highly recommend ER Plumbing!

Had a small leak from the ceiling, spent several hundreds of dollars apart from the assessment fee yet the issue persisted. In the midst of "fixing" the leak while moving the HVAC drain pipe it came off the HVAC causing over 3 gallons of water to leak to both floors of the house. This doesn't even cover the fact that the service manager called me after the 2nd visit to tell me methane gas was leaking yet was NOT addressed by the technician when he was in the home the day prior. On top of this the leak is still present.

Highly recommend ER Plumbing. The technician, Taylor L, that came out for our service call was not only knowledgeable, but very informative and even took the time to educate on preventive maintenance.
