        Tech did a good job however my problem wasnt completely resolved. Unfortunately I was in a meeting when he arrived and my husband didnt know everything I told the operator that scheduled the meeting. I assumed that everything I said to the operator would have been communicated to the tech thats why I didnt tell my husband. So it was my fault not the technicians fault. I have always used this company for my issues they are always friendly and professional and do a good job.
