Hands down to Stan the man!! Came in, assessed the problem, fixed the problem in less than an hour. Stan the man also gave helpful tips to improve quality of life that many, including I, have overlooked. Stan was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. I would have paid double the fee for Stan's quality of work!! I will definitely spread the word on this company and will call again, requesting Stan if possible, for another plumbing related issue. Glad I called Roto-Rooter and GREAT JOB STAN!!!

Vala, came out to service my hot water heater and showed up even before the scheduled time. He was knowledgeable and efficient, helped me work through some repayment with my home warranty company which took a little extra time and he was happy to do it for me. He also helped provide me with some rough estimates of what it would cost to do some additional work. He finished the job and got my hot water heater up and running even though it is old and probably needs to be replaced he did not push any higher price services on me. Great experience with roto-rooter! I would definitely use them again! Service: Water heater repair
