        Called to get help removing spark plugs and heard the employee mocking me... Plugs are factory set and not budging and the dude made a whiney mocking voice explaining my situation to his coworker. I hung up and will never go there. Will encourage everyone I know to never go there.

      You are mistaken. The advertised full synthetic oil change price in the office is for 5000 miles. You got the upgraded oil for 10000 miles. Sorry you misunderstood.
