Really slow turn times. My mortgage broker has gone through this company its taken almost a month and were still not even through the process. Sent a file to underwriting over a week no responses on it. I even called in no answers! I left a voicemail to call me and also no response! Wow!

This place is the worst Mortgage company I have dealt with in my 44 years of owning properties which are many they waited until right to the end and screwed with me. I had perfect credit, Putting 40% down and in the end they disqaulified the property. My broker said in all his years they had never seen anything like this and there company would never do buisness with them again.

If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would. I was a seller with a very stupid buyer. I warned the buyer not to
use this company because they appear to be trash with horrible reviews and they lived up to the expectation. Long delays no communication and after 3 closing extensions, still did not close the loan and it is now costing me 15,000 because Ive run out of time to
Sell my place and have to give it away after I canceled the original sale. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am the buyers agent and have a loan that was Brokered out to Deephaven on a bank statement loan which is what they supposedly specialize in. We keep getting multiple conditions every single time we send conditions they requested back to them. It also takes 4 days to even get an answer back. We have extended 3 times now luckily with the seller but this is just an absolute horrible process. Underwriting should check the entire file and tell you what you need NOT stop the minute you find something and start over every single time. My client has provided more than enough to show willingness and the ability to pay but its still In limbo in underwriting. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PROCESS OR ORGANIZATION I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF WORKING WITH. HOPEFULLY WE CAN GET A CTC on this and I will change review but with my experience so far I doubt it!!!! I can understand being busy but if you can't handle the business , you shouldn't take on more if you don't have the man power.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had!! I am also a Realtor and I've worked with a lot of lenders and I definitely do not recommend this one. I have been trying to get a loan closed for 30 days and I still don't have a clear to close and they have unreasonable requests. I've been getting nothing but lies from my mortgage originator. These people are incompetent!
