Its rare in this day and age to meet such a genuine person who is also skilled at their career. Allen is an extremely amazing person who I would refer to anyone looking for their dream home loan. This was my first home. For those who dont know me, I do not give praise to just anyone, only to those who deserve it. Allen deserve the praise and so much more. He was extremely available and the loan platform/ account checklist was extremely user friendly. It allowed be to track my loan progress and kept me informed on what I needed to do on my part. I was referred to Allen John by a friend who used Allen to service his mortgage. Allen was certainly attentive, thorough and quick in processing our loan. We could not have been more pleased with the whole process. Had it not been for the sellers inability to move quicker, we would have closed in two weeks. Their process had a real time check-off list of items I was required to supply which left no doubt where we stood at any given time. I would definitely use Allen again.
