Amazing mattress, amazing service!! The mattress is worth every penny. I used to sleep hot but the all-latex mattress has solved all my problems - its breathable and can be adjusted for firmness. Scott and Dori are so nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Not a 15 year mattress. Well be lucky to get 5 years with how much back pain we are having after 1 year. Poor customer service too.

Dori and Scott welcomed us with open arms, literally. We had been customers of Scotts uncle years ago and they helped us through the process of determining if we needed a new mattress or not. We did! We are so grateful that they are continuing the legacy of Dilworth Mattress, because they are the very best !

Our experience with Scott and Dori at Dilworth Mattress was a pleasure. We are happy with the mattress, the buying experience and the delivery. We decided to go with the amazing Hypnos mattress, and were so glad we did.

Avoid at all costs, low quality & uncomfortable product. Their $3k mattress had a divot after the first few months. We flipped and rotated every three months as instructed, and had hoped that the initial divot (over 1 inch within less than 3 months!) would smooth out from that. We are not large individuals either. Owner had agreed to a partial refund (I didn't want a replacement mattress, I wanted to get rid of the thing) so that we could get a new mattress without having to waste the full $3k and then reneged on the agreement a day later awful way to do business! Dont believe the positive reviews. It is highly likely that they are friends with the owner since it is hard to believe that this company went from having 14 reviews total from 2016-2023 and then received 22 new 5-star reviews in the one-year period since the new owner has been in control.
