        I bought a bed 2 years ago and about 3 months ago the air stopped working and does not conform to your body. I call to figure out what was wrong. They told me to unzip the mattress. I could not believe it is a small air mattress with plain foam around it. They told me it would be$147 for a tech to come out. For what I paid for this bed it should last more than 2 years. Talked to corporate they did not care! I do not recommend buying any sleep number bed. They are poorly made and won't last long. I wish I had read all the reviews because I would not have bought one.

We have completely different wants and needs when it comes to a bed, but we found the perfect one with her help. She is understanding and more than accommodating through the entire process. If youre looking for a sleep number, make sure you book with her. Youll absolutely love the experience.

      Sorry this hasn't been the experience you hoped for, Charlotte. During the first period, warranty replacements and technician visits are covered at 100% and after that it transitions to a prorated period. In this period, we’ll share in the cost with coverage and it prorates every year after. Our customers are also responsible for any fees associated with a technician being needed.
