        FeFe is such a beautiful person. She was amazing to work with, walked us through what we needed to focus on for our sleep, and we learned so much about our sleep habits that we didnt know. She went through all the details with us and made us feel so at home. We loved meeting her!

        I came into this store to test a mattress that I had already bought on the Mattress Firm website. Keenan greeted me and was friendly and super helpful right out of the gate. I tested the exact mattress I had purchased and decided it was too soft so Keenan helped me to change my order to a more firm mattress and also upgrade the adjustable platform to a much nicer one. I really appreciated Keenan listening and then having the expertise to help me find just the right mattress! We are very excited to receive it later this week! I also feel better knowing that we have 120 nights to try it out and can go back to a softer mattress if we need to.
