      image Jill was terrible and stressful to work with. Zero personality and honestly just rude and abrasive. She never calls back, leaves the customer wondering what is happening and didnt explain a single part of the process. Showed up 30mins late to our appointment and didnt even bothered to apologize. On top of that when I went to sign my agreement the terms that had been discussed over the phone completely changed and the werent available for my particular loan amount since it was a lower amount. Why have me literally CHOOSE my terms and then tell me they arent available. Because of this my loan ended up being $40 more per month. I will pay this off quickly and never work with this company again.
