i highly recommend anyone to use IvPickup!!! my husband & i are moving to texas and the entire process has been stressful (mostly for me haha) but iV Pickup was our saving grace. we had moved here a year prior from michigan, and bought all new stuff. i knew i wanted to donate most of our big things before our next move. i cannot emphasize enough how awesome the owner Ivy is, and his entire crew. they work rain or shine, fast and efficiently. so so kind, and helpful. i could not be more appreciative. again, THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!!

I got far more than I expected when I requested appliance pickup for a donation to Habitat for Humanity. What I received was the most pleasant gentlemen who could easily pass as my nephews because not only were they professionals but they were respectful, kind, and very solution oriented. Owner, Ivy made certain that I clearly understood the donation process for different types of appliances. He and the other young man worked efficiently, being careful not to scratch or drop anything, and they were just overall pleasant in their service delivery. I was so impressed by the "Dynamic Duo" that I contacted them the following day to remove some other items from the home, and once again, they went over and beyond my expectations. KUDOS to iV Pickup Junk Removal for exemplary service, going the extra mile in a cost effective way, and minimizing my stress in figuring out how I would get the items out of the home.
