Recd a text from who he called himself Long at Elevate group with a copy of a form which he had no business with from an old mortgage co and he worded it like I was required to purchase the insurance. He stated he was an advisor assigned to my case. When I told him no, he was extremely rude.stay away from this company

If I could give lower I would. Me being solicited by Stephanie turned out to be the worst! Not only did my coverage get canceled in error which caused my mortgage company to force place insurance, Stephanie called herself rectifying the situation by getting everything re-inststed but the premium went from 1,082.00 a year to 2015.00 with NO NOTICE. My mortgage company paid it and now I have a shortage, which would cause my mortgage payment to increase by 256.00. Guess who has not heard from Stephanie? She left me hanging in the balances! Mistreatment doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. BEWARE!! I'm just getting started. You cannot treat people like this and then disappear with no regard of how much of a bad situation you left them in!
