Hands down the most unprofessional office I have ever worked with! I had an insurance plan in place and everything was fine for the first 2 months, and then all of a sudden their "underwriting department" decided to classify me as an "inexperienced driver" even though I have been a licensed driver all of my life. They instantly hiked up my monthly quote by over $600, and made the entire process of correcting this error nearly impossible. The fact that they couldn't have articulated their needs of showing proof of driving history faster, coupled with an extreme lack of communication made this the worst experience I have ever had. Even once the error was acknowledged, they still made fixing the error nearly impossible. I highly recommend ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. The way in which they stifled my ability to get proper insurance should be ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT.

Ms Chondra was AMAZING. She was so helpful and nice. I just moved to North Carolina and she made the transferring process so seamless. Im so glad she was able to help me and was overall an amazing person! :)
