Can't say enough about Charles in Charge. These guys know their stuff. Exreme professionalism and courtesy shown. And were able to work around our busy schedules. We will definitely continue service with them going forward.

Can I give 10 out of 5 stars?? But really, these guys were sent out from my home warranty to come look at a mystery leak issue I had others look at many times before. Chad was the only one who identified and fixed the issue. He was just as frustrated, if not more, than I was when we found out the leak was from the previous owners putting in the wrong type of air duct. Him and his team were SO prompt with putting me on their calendar and getting this work done. I already brought them back to do other HVAC work I needed. He also connected me to an awesome drywall / paint professional. I'll be a repeat customer for sure! Services: HVAC system maintenance, HVAC duct & vent repair

This experience with this company has been and absolute headache. The lack of integrity, organization and follow through is unbelievable. When Chantel put me on there schedule no one showed up. I had to threaten to find someone else for the job to get someone out the next day. When I needed them come out for a second time because they never crawled under the house to fix a issue that was discussed they rescheduled multiple times prolonging me listing the property that needed and still needs work. Go to someone else anyone who takes pride in building their business because I consider the way my business was brushed off as disrespectful and unprofessional. The worst part is I was referred by a family friend. 2/10 dont recommend.
