1. Customer Service. The company goes above and beyond for their customers. I recently had an issue with my unit that was replaced within the last few years. I now live out of state, and rent out my condo. Initially, the issue was thought to be straightforward, but wasn't. Kevin (the owner) ensured that both me and my tenant remained informed throughout the whole week, which is even more important when the indoor temperature is 80+ degrees.
2. Incredible and Trustworthy Employees. Every employee I've interacted with, from the office to the crew to the owner, has been exceptional. They are all respectful, lovely people, and while I dont necessarily enjoy having to deal with HVAC issues, I always look forward to my interactions with everyone on the team.
3. Customers over profit. Over the years, I have noticed that they will prioritize doing right by the customer, over prioritizing their profit margin. I cannot overstate how hard it is to find a company with this ethos. Emphasizing the fact of why I will be a customer as long as I have a home in Charlotte!
I really cannot speak highly enough of this company, the owner and the staff. Thanks to Kevin, Barb, Bill, and all of the crew Ive interacted with over the years.

At 540p the day of the appt I received a call that the technician wouldnt be there until after 7p as he was struggling to complete another job and had a quick commercial stop before us but he would definitely be there tonight as he is the technician on call.
I voiced the frustration of not having the appointment time met or even an earlier call given how behind the technician was and asked what they could do after missing our other appointments to accommodate their error and lack of technicians. She offered 20usd off the initial call and I thanked her and we hung up.
Fast forward to 745p and WE had to call the business line as I had NOT received a call
from technician Mike as promised and I was met on the phone with this man Mike stating he would have to come at 8a in the morning not tonight. It seems he is paid more money for emergency calls than honoring the scheduled calls of the day so an entire evening was wasted and we are still in a hot house. Mike stated it is what it is and so there you have it STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS they overpromise underdeliver and tell the customer its their fault for expecting things to happen at the promised time frame.
A wasted evening and a rude and uncaring employee who had no desire to honor the companys commitment because even though he was on call - our appt would yield him less money so we were told he could try to be there at 8a tomorrow this whole experience was horrible. This is NOT how you treat customers.
