We have used Andrews services on numerous projects over the years and we highly recommend him. Andrew has always been prompt and succinct in his responses, allowing us to make decisions in a timely manner. He has a way of simplifying complex contracts down to the key critical points, which gives us greater confidence in understanding the possible consequences of our decisions in the land acquisition process. On more than one occasion he has anticipated moves between land owners and developers, facilitating a smoother transaction. I found the Venn Law Group, while researching attorneys for a 1031 exchange in No. Carolina. This was my first experience with a 1031 and I knew next to nothing about what to do, or what was involved in the purchase. I contacted Andrew McCullough after reading his bio, and from the moment he called me back I knew I was in good hands. Andrew is not only professional, and very knowledgeable about the law, he is also very patient, kind, honest and thorough in all his dealings. He helped me to understand the different parts of purchase process and the contracts involved. He pointed out things that didn't make sense to him, clarified every detail to be certain I was protected, negotiated points that needed to be changed, but didn't spend hours of billable time. A couple of months after the deal closed, someone challenged me on a deal point, and so I contracted Andrew about it. He quickly sent me the answer to my questions, without being condescending, because I had the answer all along. In addition, all people I dealt with at his firm were equally helpful and kind.
