        Order was never delivered. Very poor service. Do not use this florist. Let me be clear since the review from the person I sent the flowers to was deleted. Also, since Dear Sunchild wanted to make it seem like my review wasnt true. The delivery person rung the bell to the apt building. The person receiving the flowers granted access to the delivery person (as you can see in the picture). The person came downstairs to retrieve the flowers. The delivery person left. When asked by Teleflora did they deliver the flowers, Dear Sunchild said yes. That was a LIE. No one received the flowers. Then I was harassed via email. I support Small Businesses daily, yet this is one I wish I never encountered. Save yourself some time and never do business with this business. All they had to do is admit the wrong and apologize, but no. They choose to argue via email.

        HORRIBLE! is out of town so ordered me roses to be delivered on Valentine's Day through FTD. FTD selected this florist and Dear Sunchild did NOT deliver the long stem roses he ordered & they did NOT deliver anything on Valentine's Day. Instead they chose to deliver a small DEAD brused and damaged bouquet of mixed flowers with a few short chopped roses. TWO DAYS AFTER VALENTINE'S DAY. They reported to FTD that they had delivered the afternoon of the 14th which had my boyfriend constantly calling and checking with FTD. No one even rang the door bell! I work from home and it wasn't until a friend came over this evening that these were delivered. The most disppointing part was the audacity this company had to ignore the original purchase and in place leave an ugly teddy bear in a bag with a note "sorry we ran out of roses, please accept as compensation" How lame! My man would never approve of such terrible quality. How shameful of Dear Sunchild!!!!

      Hello jamicka, as you can see for our many good reviews we are a serious business, the order was delivered at the front door unfortunately what happens after the delivery is beyond our control, we have no intentions to keep your flowers, there’s no point on going to your location and don’t deliver the flowers, as you can see for the picture of the delivery driver that you shared, your claim was submitted to the Teleflora team and since we provide the pictures of the arrangement at the location, showing the address number and all the pictures provided have geo location, since we provided all the proof requested the Teleflora team denied your claim, it’s not possible for us to delete a google review since we don’t control of that as well, unfortunately small business can’t escape from fake malicious reviews and people with bad intentions, not only me but the Teleflora team review the claim and your claim was denied for an entity that is not us, have a wonderful day.
