InTown Suites Extended Stay Charlotte NC - Albemarle Rd

Stay was horrible very noisy couldn't hardly sleep from noises had roaches manager was not pleaseable I will never stay there again waist of money won't recommend no one to stay there went without a curtain for days they put up a bed sheet over the window instead blinds/curtains!!!!!! Just horrible!

Extended stay hotel with minimum staff, team work hard to accommodate their guest the best way possible . Property need pressure washing but rooms are cleaned . Any issues the staff with definitely take care of it. Thanks albermale rd for the hospitality

Its me again Jaylen just love this hotel This is the best hotel I ever been at Ive stayed here for a week and had so much fun ik I aggravate the workers but they sat their and took time to talk to me and worked with me they r not like any hotel kick u out of u dont have they actually give u a grace period tbh highly recommend 10/10 must try again

I had a horrible experience, the management is horrible.they had roaches and communication was horrible. There after hours staff is unreachable. I was locked out of my room several times. They treat you as if your homeless and on drugs. When I asked to speak to a person in charge the manager put me on mute and should me how his boss said that he doesn't nor want to speak to guess about there complaints. I would never stay here and don't recommend anyone to do so. This is the site on Abermale rd
