We had a great experience here with Julia. She was most helpful as we looked for a new iPad. The store was crowded but it was a Saturday. Everyone was exploring Apples gadgets. With Julia, it felt like we were the only ones there. She really gave us her full attention and helped us make our decision on what we should buy. I appreciate that there is a team member like her at that store. Also, they had these cool little learning sessions right at the store that were fun to see where you could get a little extra training on what the iPhone can do!

My son locked is phone the associates there are nice. but we couldnt get the phone unlocked.
For this to be an Apple Store Im kinda disappointed.
