I have been going to this dentist office since 2012. They are like family to me. I had a serious pain on my right side. I made an emergency appointment for the next day. I had an x-ray, and they were honest and said it wasn't my tooth. So I rush to the doctor and turn out to be a sinus infection. And Dr. Motos called me later that evening to check on me. She is so loving, and the staff is so welcoming. Again, I love them lime family.

When technology gets in the way of treating your patiences aka customer like they are value. Company like these risk loosing more than just a visit. As a warning to all current an future patiences make sure you reply or confirm your appointment or risk having your appointment cancel. Yes, i showed up to my appointment on time as schedule to be confronted with "I am sorry your appointment was cancell for not confirming". Interanal policy not only work but also can hinder your services quality and risk business loss.
