I went there two times and I got the impression that he wasn't interested in servicing me. I took the full mouth of X-rays. After the cleaning I thought you were supposed to discuss what he saw in x-rays and I know I could use some cosmetic improvements and he said to me so what you want me to do? I showed him what I wanted to start with and that's when I got the impression that he didn't want to do it. It was a little chip on my tooth that I wanted corrected and he said well I can't guarantee how long it's going to last so I didn't feel like I should go back and I didn't.

Had a good experience. Was in and out fast and everyone was friendly.

Office standardly over charges and then takes MONTHS to finally reimburse your over payment, after repeated phone calls and emails. They tried to over charge us again today, and when I advised that we would not wait months for reimbursement again, but would simply file small claims for reimbursement if not reimbursed within 30 days of their receipt of insurance payment (proving we were over charged). Then we were refused to be seen and Dr Park refused to speak with us, claiming he was with another patient during the appointment we had with him. We were even charged $50 for an evaluation examine that he didnt even do last week. Confirms for me that their standard business practices are to over charge patients and have NO intention of ever reimbursing the over payment. Not worth the fight or energy, going back to our previous dentist (Mint Hill Dentistry) who are EXCELLENT, just not open on Saturdays. It's more convenient to take time off of work to know we're in honest, honorable & trustworthy hands. The office seemed satisfied that they just lost 3 patients at once, but hey - if they overcharged every patient, I guess they don't care about losing a few.
