If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr. Smith and her office go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and actually understand whats going on. The dental work itself is great too. Shes understanding, non judgmental and takes what you say into consideration. Best dentist ever!

In the past I have had several poor experiences at dental offices in Charlotte. This is by FAR the best experience ever! I recently moved further away and will still make the drive- its worth it. Everyone is so nice, calming, reassuring, and helpful. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but SouthPark Art Dentistry makes it an enjoyable experience.

Dental work is good, billing is terrible. Didn't notify me before service that they gave up on getting in network with Cigna and would be billing me for the service after the fact. Previously said they were trying to get in network and would write off the difference in cost, but then billed me for it anyway and claimed it was from a previous visit. If your insurance is fully accepted there, go for it. The work is good, but be very clear with them up front because their billing shenanigans are ridiculous.

Bought a Groupon for 2 visits. The day before my 2nd visit they canceled my appointment saying they were no longer using Groupon. Then I was unable to get my money back since I bought it as a 2 visit package from Groupon and I used 1. I guess this is how they ART going make there ex money this year by taking money for undeliverable services. And to think I was actually going start using them after my Groupon.
