        Dr. Cox & his staff are always great! This time I had a temporary crown that fell out. Due to MY schedule i wasn't scheduled to get the permanent put in until March 2024 (& it was currently Feb 2024). However, since the permanent crown was in when they graciously fit me in to replace the temp crown, they went ahead & put in the permanent crown!!! I REALLY appreciate their flexibility & graciousness about working around my schedule!!!

        Outstanding staff, warm and welcoming. On time. My appointment was late morning, and they took me back as soon as my time. Dr. Cox takes his time with me and addressed my concerns. Stacy was a wonderful Hygienist. No pain. Great job Carolina Dental Arts of Ballantyne.
