I've just recently started seeing Dr Porter because I've heard about his great reputation as a dentist. Everything exceeded my expectations. Dr Porter and his entire staff are extremely professional and I might add, made me feel like part of their family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great practice.

Had my first appointment and it was the best experience from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left. Everyone was super friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the patients!! So glad I was able to find Dr. Ranzinger and his team!! Thank you

I still believe the dentist in charge is a good man! Yet I fault him for not being in touch with how his staff run the office behind his back! They solicited for an office available visit via text which they shouldnt do, and I said ok because I used to like them! I show up in time, the hygienist was so abrupt, pushy asking me to do deep cleaning as I just, and I simply dont want to escalate IR regardless what their reasoning is and I want to do my regular insurance paid cleaning! But of course they wanna go through numbing and the whole 9 yards to collect more money! Front desk was extremely rude and hung up on me! Also, lied about offering to do my cleaning on another 2 occasions! When I barley have time to go every few years! And finally I found the spot on my tight schedule to get it done! They tell me Our way or the high way!! Either deep very expensive -Im sure- unnecessary deep cleaning or not!! Run for your life! I am upset on so many level! First professionally, because I am a medical doctor and we never do such things!! Second, lying, being rude, wasting my time! Its a total waste of time and money! They too 6 X-ray images and for nothing! The world needs to know this place isnt your go to cleaning spot! However I dealt on personal level with the dentist years ago and hes a good man! But this should wake him up!

Very unprofessional staff! Get used to soliciting once they get your info! Its very sad, used to be a nice office, They dont respect your time! They will try to charge extra for what you dont need! And be upset when you dont do it! something befell it after COVID-19!
