Can you give zero stars? My father met with the Clear Choice people, gave them a $1000 non-refundable deposit + $17,000 for implants. When we arrived for his scheduled appointment, they said the surgeon would could not do the implants due to my dad's low platelet count. The General Manager said she called my father and told him this (he has no recollection of this conversation). They have a second surgeon and said they would see if he was willing to do the surgery. I asked what would happen if he would not do it and the General Manager (Jessica Martinez) said they would refund his money. Well, second surgeon said no - via voicemail. I made five phone calls before I received a call back. When I did receive the call, the caller said her records indicated they had spoken with me already (so now I am seriously doubting they called my dad to tell him they wouldn't do the surgery) but promised to send the request for the refund through their system. Six weeks after my original call - my dad received a refund of $15,500. Two phone calls and messages later and I was told a manager would call me by the end of the day to talk to me about the missing $1500. Today, three business days later I walked into their office because I was tired of the runaround. Now they are telling me they deducted an additional $1500 because they did a physical exam and looked at his lab work. These people are crooks. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
