Dealing with this company is a inconvenience. Just stay away from people who cant even give you a decent customer service. And dont even try to call, nobody answers. Edit: Almost a year later and still same issues

If I could give Reserve at Providence a 0 I would. This has been the worst living experience I have ever dealt with. I have reached out to the office several times regarding noise and nothing to be done no respect from neighbors and now I know why because I have the property manager on recording stating she doesnt know what we have going on because when they ask them they deny it duhhh but the problem is I have recordings for days that had you been willing to listen you would know I was not wasting my time contacting anyone. I just want the right to peace of enjoyment in my home where Im paying this high rent only to be tortured me and my son. Mind you I have not been contacted once with a complaint. Yes i feel its discrimination especially if you claim someone had received a final warning and me over to transfer or break lease Im a single mother and dont have anyone here to help me move now I have to figure out to get a moving company extra money to help me because I dont have anything else to do. I move myself here because at the time I moved I didnt have furniture like that. Im just so hurt and upset. Im definitely getting a lawyer and going to the media!!!!!! This is not right at all. Im also getting ready to send information to 311 to further justify what I have been dealing with in this apartment regarding foundation

Selwyn Flats - I am a previous rental manager and I have to say that this company is by far the worst company Ive ever rented with. They lack respect and basic courtesy of their tenants. They are poor communicators and cant seem to provide any real customer care. My move in process was inexcusable with the amount of issues my apartment had. My privacy has been jeopardized by bad employees inappropriate behaviors. They cant seem to prioritize basic property needs (taking out the trash, making sure the grounds are maintained, remembering to turn on the outdoor lights in the evening). The big trash bin in the photo has still not been serviced. We pay for amenities but I have yet to see ANY of those to be consistently offered - the pool was closed all summer. It will be open Friday It will be open next weekend (never happened). They are a dog friendly community yet they cant seem to provide clean poop bins (took a month to empty the one in the photo) or refill poop bags (still dont have any). You want to email in? Call in for assistance? Forget about being heard..at all. Do not rent here. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because I love my neighbors and they are the saving grace here. ***Response to Cushmans comment below - management does not respond directly with any solutions or real concern for the issues here. Their response is kind of similar to your generic response to my review. Empty words and major gaslighting going on here. If Cushman management really cares then they will use actions to fix the issues and not spat out words with no meaning. Period.***

The Reserve at Providence has gotten progressively worse, since I moved here almost 4 years ago. I've seen 3 management changes. I liked it better under Pinnacle Management. The apartments are old and lots of tenants are suffering with water leaks and enormous water charges! I have been dealing with this for a year and a half. First the tub, then toilet and now bathroom sink. Maintenance only does patchwork, when they finally show up. I dealt with Marquis that does a tap and dance, as the leasing manager to get you in there but acts, as if you are an inconvenience when you address these issues. He gave me HIS card to remind HIM, to address the matter, then got mad at me, after a week of it not being handled and my third time reminding him in office and or onsite! I have over $600 in gross water overages, yet Jennyfer, the assistant manager wants to credit $42.84. I will be going to codes! Please move somewhere else, I would not recommend it. Location is the only good thing but the old and rusty junk cars is an eyesore.
