        If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I negotiated with a broker at Marcus Millichap prior to signing a purchase and sale agreement. The broker decided to wait until after the DD period to call and tell me they were not splitting their commission as discussed. They were willing to give $100 of the $18k I was expecting for a 50/50 split. Shady, grimy, greedy and a perfect representation of why real estate brokers are loathed. This broker is moving to FL, but she can't outrun her character. You reap what you sow and you will not prosper doing business this way. I will NEVER do business with Marcus & Millichap again. She represented you and I have emails showing context and expectations.
