        I had a wonderful experience at the T-Mobile store thanks to Cottie! She went above and beyond to assist me, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude. She was patient in answering all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. Cottie truly made my visit a pleasant one, and I really appreciate her dedication and professionalism. T-Mobile is lucky to have her on the team!

        I do not recommend this branch, they have terrible treatment with people, we have 5 lines with them and now my husband was going for another service and they served him so badly, plus a woman who is a salesperson there is supposed to be friendly but I think she They were poorly educated because they are not at all lousy about being friendly, but horrible service at that branch
