    It is now going in the second month that my internet is not workingmany phones and many different people to talk to we are going to do thiswe are going to do that nothing done oh but I did receive a once you receive your new modem, you will need to return the old one within 7 days or we will charge your account. The new modem should be there in 3 days.its been 7.my question is do I or should I be able to charge T mobiles accountoh and at first I had be checking on me and my service like they said they would.I quest they ran out of excuses because no one has called for weeksand whats even more upsetting is my son has called just as many times as I have.and yet no results..I want the results you get when you dont pay your $10 balance on your phone bill and the turn that sucker off..Everyone was so nice in the store a year ago when we got our services and weve had an entire year of horrible serviceLord why? Why are situations you could get fired for 30years agoNOW NORMAL? Why? I guess I will go to bed on this Friday night that I was planning to watch a good movie after a long day at work.because my internet Sucks.

    Awful experience. I went in there yesterday to upgrade my iPhone. Some Spanish lady was busy talking about coffee drinks and held on to my ID longer than normal. All she kept quoting some outrageous prices without explaining what I would be paying for. Then she had the nerve to tell her coworker while I was standing there in a very rude manner to take over because she knew she was in the wrong. This definitely outraged me because no matter how hard or situation is you still give good customer service.. not at this location. Gotta do better especially for loyal customers that have been with the company for years
