    Went in to buy a new phone both people there had really bad attitude neither seemed like they knew what they where doing I was given 5 different prices was told I needed to stay there to transfer my data which I had never done before and takes like 5 hours to do when I'm at home doing over all a piss poor experience

    Had absolutely NO SUCCESS in trying to get the problem resolved by 3 phone calls involving contact with two different AT&T Customer Advisers & contact with AT&T Benefits Department. Absolute nightmare and I went to the Store and insisted that someone resolve the issue for me - eventually she didand I was extremely grateful having wasted most of the day getting aminor matter resolved. Also had an appalling experience about 3 months ago trying to get a damaged i-Pad repaired through the AT&T "Insurance which I had been paying $40 a month for - total rip off and painful process to get a simple fix. As a now - after 15 years a customer - result I am investigating other mobile phone & home Internet providers.

I was seen very quickly. They understood my concerns, and resolve them individually in a timely manner. They thanked me for coming, and invited me to come back soon. And offered suggested sales.     The customer service people there were very nice. The weird thing is that what I needed them to do (set up an eSim card) they were not trained to do. However, they figured it out rapidly l --though I did not like that, they connected to their Wi-Fi without asking my permission and left My phone that way when I departed the store. (Had I known I would have turned on VPN to start with.) Anyhow, evidently, what AT& T trains these people to do is just to sell "services" like internet, U-verse TV (which sucks), cellular plans and so on. I think the employees deserve better than this. So do the customers.
