        The store finally came through al.ost 2 weeks later and helped me install a box I already had. Nile and Dan I appreciate all your help. I just think this should of been resolved in a more timely manner.

        Walked in with an iPhone that had a frozen notification, unsure how to reset. Gentleman dropped what he was doing to assist, fixed the issue immediately (holding down a button for 20 seconds). Great service, thought I was going to have to replace the phone.
