Matt was great for communicating that he might be just a few minutes late, and arrived when he said he would. He protected every corner in the house to ensure there was no damage from pulling hoses to each of the rooms that needed to be cleaned. One room was significantly marked up from an artist who had left some of his artistry colors on the carpet. Matt got practically every color out and we ended up with an even cleaner carpet than we had hoped for.

Carolina carpet did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my home. I had called someone on Sunday and scheduled them and not only did they not show up they never called. I found Carolina carpet online on Monday and scheduled them for Wed the same week. Matt called to confirm and even offered to come on Tuesday if he finished early. He arrived on Wednesday on time. He was very professional and very cordial and just a nice guy. :-)
He also dealt with my barking dogs while he finished the work. The carpets look and smell wonderful. I highly recommend Carolina carpet. Service: Carpet steam cleaning

Mike arrived ahead of time which was great for us. He went over the details of all work he was going to undertake regarding our rugs. He was thorough, polite and extremely professional. We were happy with the results and will hire CAROLINA CARPET SOLUTIONS in the future when needed. Mike was very neat and left no mess on the premises. Rugs came out looking like brand new.
