Dwayne did an amazing job detailing my car. It has never been detailed in the 7 years that Ive owned it and was in need of a major refresh before selling it. Dwayne was able to get years old stains out of my white leather seats and truly make my car look brand new. He worked for multiple hours and was incredibly professional. Will definitely hire again!

I want to give a very HONEST thorough REVIEW. I've been wanting to book this company for over a year. One because of the reviews and two because it is a black-owned business. I already knew I wanted a full detail for my partner's car. I finally got the chance to book today and I admit my first impression was not good. My appointment was at 1pm and they didn't arrive until after 2 pm not to mention the 2 guys that arrived were not friendly at all. That was strike 1. Then they called me out and said the car was finished. I was NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME. The car was still dirty inside and out. I expressed to the guys that I was not pleased so they called someone else to come over. FINALLY...another guy comes and he begins to clean my vehicle and when I tell you HE CLEANED THE HELL OUT OF IT! He called me out to see the finished product and this time around I LOVED IT! The carpets were spotless, the seats were shampooed, and the tires were shiny! I asked his name and he said Jamaal! Jamaal stayed until 8:40 pm to make sure his job was done and I was pleased. He got in all the cracks and crevices. He was even out there with his flashlight because it had gotten dark! That is dedication! Give Jamaal a raise! lol Jamaal was so courteous, polite, and humble. He did a wonderful job. Jamaal redeemed Mr. Refurbisher because I debated giving a 1 STAR! THANKS JAMAAAALLLL! YOU ARE AWESOME! PLUS MY PARTNER LOVED THE OUTCOME!
