We Waited 12 minutes for a server. No drinks or appetizers was offered. We left. We went across the street to Applebees. We were served with drinks and appetizers less than 4 minutes after being seated. Thank you,Applebees. Also the restaurant was clean. Unlike Chilis were food and trash was on the floor.

We ordered DoorDash and when our driver arrived 30 mins after the order was placed our food was not ready so the order was dropped by our driver . Needing to check out we called chilis and we're told to cancel to contact DoorDash so we did and doordashed canceled . We then replaced for pick up and called chilis and told them if they had made the other order it was ours and we would take it just cancel the pick up one . It was a crapshow but finally after talking to manger I got one order and was told to dispute with my bank for the second.
