My 1 year old dishwasher refused to work one Saturday evening. I called to NC Appliance Repair, not expecting anyone to answer on a weekend. But they answered me and quickly offered to help on Monday morning. Alex was very friendly and figured out my problem over the phone. I recommend this good, quick and professional service to everyone.

I would have never thought I could have such an awesome repair experience! I called around noon to try to schedule a repair appointment for my non functioning Samsung icemaker. Joshua called about 3:00 the same day to say that he was on his way. Approximately 35 minutes after he arrived, he left and I had ice!!!! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I cant say enough about this company, Joshua and their customer service!!! Dont hesitate to use them for your appliance repair needs!!!!
