Mike was referred to me to repair our Electrolux double ovens that were about nine years old. He initially came and identified the issue after trying to save us some money by walking me through an easy quick fix that homeowners can do themselves. He was able to order the part and bring our double ovens back into great working order. He kept us up to speed on the backordered item. He kept his workspace clean and orderly. I would definitely recommend him for appliance repair and I will definitely use him in the future.

Mike Toussaint of 704Appliance did a great job repairing my microwave oven. The repair was fairly complicated as the microwave oven is part of a combined range wall unit. Mike quickly and efficiently removed the entire unit from the wall, requiring disconnecting electrical wiring and removing many panels/screws. He had oven repaired and put back together in barely an hour. I wholeheartedly recommend Mike and 704Appliance Repair.

This was a great experience for us. Mike was able to locate the part necessary to repair our 17-year-old oven when another company could not. He was professional, pleasant and easy to work with and timely in arriving at our house. He completed the installation and subsequent testing promptly. Mike restored our oven to its full capabilities and saved us a good bit of money. We highly recommend him.

Mike did a fantastic job in fixing our Samsung dishwasher leak. The communication was seamless, he came out on time as expected and let us know when he was on the way. He explained the cause of the leak and after repairing, stayed a good bit to ensure the leak was fixed. We havent had issues since - highly recommend.
