Easy 5 stars to Jay. My wife and I had problems with our oven and Bosch fridge (hard to find someone to work on Bosch). He was quickly able to get us on his schedule and came out promptly. Not only did he have the appliances fixed in just a couple hours, he was able to make the repairs without beating us up for a bunch of unnecessary parts, though he did at least let us know what those parts would cost down the road if necessary. His service/labor/repair costs we very reasonable at the end of the day and he was an extremely pleasant and professional guy. I would trust him to work at anyone's home I care about and of course mine again if need be. 10/10 WOULD reccomend!

The best service I have ever had with one of the most down to earth service professionals. Jay helped us with our Samsung Fridge, Samsung Dishwasher and some electrical.
