        Terrible experience with my Whirlpool Cabrio Dryer. Setting the appt was easy, communication on the front side was great. Tech came out, diagnosed the issue and swapped a fuse. Dryer worked for a couple of days and stopped working again. Tech came back again, said we needed a control board. Said it would be 2-3 days. It's been 3 weeks, no communication, no reply to text. Had to go with a certified Whirlpool Tech who said the issue is the control board and interface. Disappointed to not have even heard "sorry, we can't fix this issue." Gave up and bought a new dryer.
