Just a few words to tell everyone how happy my wife and I are with the service we received from Sean. He came to our house on Tuesday and found the problem with our Maytag refrigerator. He ordered the part and returned the next day to complete the repair. He is a very nice gentleman, and we highly recommend his services.

Second time that I have used 4U Appliance Repair. Shawn Crenshaw is always on time, friendly, and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to teach his clients about their appliances. I highly recommend him!! 😃

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Sean Crenshaw was rude and unprofessional in a recent service call to my wife. After posing on a neighborhood app as a someone in the neighborhood or local handyman. He offered to stop by to help and take a look at our garage fridge. After a 20 mins visit, my wife is side swiped with a over charged service visit of almost $100. He NEVER disclosed who he worked for and that there would be a service charge of any amount before his visit. This is NOT how business is done. Upon calling him and sharing my concern in this matter, his response was "that's business and I'm legit". I understand that a business should get money for taking time out of their day on a service call, but that info needs to be disclosed upfront before arrival. I requested a partial refund, I was told he could not and would not even though he was the president of the company. He is putting his life in danger coming to people's homes. He told me it is "assumed" knowledge that a charge was coming and my wife should have expected this. I agree, IF she called his business or looked him up online and requested a service call. NOT from a neighborhood app posing as someone who wants to help out. Again, THIS IS NOT HOW BUSINESS IS DONE. I hope he loses future sales from this, he should have just refunded the small partial refund I requested and not have been rude. This is no way to produce a book of business. THANK YOU 4U APPLIANCE REPAIR. I will never look to you for any future appliance need or repair. I hope anyone else reading this agrees with me.
