Eastover Ridge

Location is great and all but, maintenance is an issue. I have been told nothing is wrong with my A/C when clearly something has been wrong with it. I have a knocking noise that hasn't been fixed in a week and the knocking noise is "normal". I appreciate everything the complex does but it seems like it lacks in maintenance. Oh and bugs.

I would never recommend Eastover Ridge to anyone. A “gated community” - the gate doesn’t surround the entire property and the entrance gates have been broken & wide open for atleast a month now. It’s July 5th and only one pool is open. Last summer they managed to open both by mid June, this year it’s just more excuses about broken pumps since Memorial Day. They took pool chairs away for covid and never put them back out so seating is limited. There’s zero communication from the office - good luck ever getting to speak with someone. If you do, they’re extremely rude. You’ll get a response from the main management company if you email enough, but nothing is done. They will blast you with updates about food trucks and staff asking if anyone will cat sit for them but won’t reply about things of actual importance. No one cleans up after their dogs. People from outside the community come to use the pool, so it’s a bunch of 10 year olds with no adults. The “business center” is one computer with a broken printer. Don’t waste your time or money even entertaining the idea of living here. It’s trash.

I have lived at Eastover Ridge for the past year and half and love it here. It is very close to the city, walking distance to parks and breweries and connected to the greenway for walking, biking and any outdoor activities. They have 2 pools which are really nice and I have never had any problems with noise or neighbors. My 1 bedroom unit is also very spacious and being on the 3rd floor I can see the tops of the city buildings at night on my balcony. I would recommend this community to anyone moving around here. It is the BEST price for the location, safe and so close to everything!

I had visited a number of communities before Eastover Ridge. Almost immediately upon arriving I felt that this would be the community for me. I can say, without question, that the kindness of the leasing staff, especially Abner, and the overall feel in the community is what sealed the deal for me. Abner patiently showed me around to a number of units until I found something that suited me best. I chose to be on the quieter side with a green space facing view. The unit is in great shape overall. Anything that has needed to be fixed or adjusted has been taken care of immediately, no questions asked! Both Abner and ReNa have been really great and I had a chance to meet Cindy, the property manager also. All are welcoming and attentive when I ask for anything. All the maintenance staff that I've met have been friendly and helpful. I love the green space and trail accessible from within the community. I am looking forward to enjoying my time here. I've met a few people in the community and everyone seems friendly. There is a good mix of people/ages/demographics and so far, I am loving everything about it.

I made an appointment for Saturday 4/24 just to be overbooked. Which was fine, we schedule for 1:30pm Sunday 4/25. We actually unfortunately were a few minutes late got there at 1:33pm. We got there and no one was in the office all desks were empty. Had a sign that said they’d be back at 2:35pm... so i highly they were there at 1:30pm for our appointment. Very disappointed because my significant other and I were very interested.
